About 6 million/year Worldwide, over 1 billion people are undernourished AND one in seven Don’t get enough calories each day THEY ARE Susceptible to illness AND Unable to lead productive lives. Chronic undernourishment Due to extreme poverty. Mother removes solids from child’s diet Not enough nourishment to fight disease
Diarrhea continues Mother removes liquids-Dehydration THEN Death. THE MOTHER DOSENT HAVE MONEY TO FEED THE CHILD/CHILDREN= DEATH
-USE AS PEOPLE CAN STOP WORLD HUNGER AND DONATE MONEY.

Describe why sampling is important to the study of populations

Sampling is important for study the populations because to draw conclusions about populations from samples, we must use inferential statistics which enables us to determine a population`s characteristics by directly observing only a portion (or sample) of the population. We obtain a sample rather than a complete enumeration (a census ) of the population for many reasons. Obviously, it is cheaper to observe a part rather than the whole, but we should prepare ourselves to cope with the dangers of using samples. In this tutorial, we will investigate various kinds of sampling procedures. Some are better than others but all may yield samples that are inaccurate and unreliable. We will learn how to minimize these dangers, but some potential error is the price we must pay for the convenience and savings the samples provide.

i would like to live on marine/island. Because Islands vary tremendously when it comes to shapes, sizes and climates. Some are tropical and lush, while others are jagged and arid. They have alot of unique types of animals, such as the giant tortoises of Galapagos, Madagascar's lemurs, and the humongous Komodo dragons, they even have the largest lizards in the world.

i think lliveing on a island is so much fun. I think the weather would be perfect.
