1 -it could tell us if what they ate had a virus
The animal they ate could have been sick and they could tell where they got that virus and how.
2-it could tell us if it was healthy
The animal they ate could be healthy and it would show that it was really good for the one who ate it.
3-it could also tell us about their environment.
They could tell what the animal has eaten and where its from
